J. New is the British author of 1930's Vintage Mysteries with a difference. A voracious reader and writer all her life, she took her first foray into publishing in 2013 and has never looked back. She has an eclectic reading taste but particularly loves murder mysteries set in past times, where steam trains, house staff and afternoon tea abound. She surmises she was born in the wrong era as she has a particular aversion to housework and cooking.
The first two books of her Yellow Cottage Mystery series - "An Accidental Murder' and "The Curse of Arundel Hall' are out now, with a third to be published in late 2017. The short story prequel to the series - 'The Yellow Cottage Mystery,' is FREE on her website as a thank you for those who join her readers group.
